How our affiliate links and commissions work

Some links on Digital Time are affiliate links. When you buy through one, we may earn a referral commission at no extra cost to you. This page explains what that means and what it does not change.

Referral partnerships do not decide how we evaluate products or where they rank in a comparison. Our criteria are set by the features that matter to your purchase, and each product is judged against the same standards whether or not it carries an affiliate link. We only recommend items we believe fit the stated needs of the reader. A product that pays a higher commission does not get a better score, a higher position, or extra praise.

Qualifying purchases made through our links may earn Digital Time a commission. The price you pay does not change. We may also link to retailers or manufacturers without an affiliate relationship when they are the most useful source for a detail. If you spot an error, a missing caveat, or a link that seems out of place, please tell us. We would rather correct a comparison than let an unclear relationship stand.
